We booked Bluey Pet Wellness for their drop in service so our dog and rats would be checked on while we were out of town. Auden was very personable and professional from the start. He made sure the booking process was easy and was very flexible with his availability to do the meet and greet. When we had some last minute changes, he worked with us and was more than accommodating.

While we were gone, he sent us an update (with pictures) every visit. When a storm came through, he called to let us know he was going over to bring our dog in early so she would be in the house. Auden had the comfort of our pets in mind and that helped set our minds at ease. When we got home there was even a thank you note left with some treats for our pup!
